Equality Act 2010

The Government has recently announced that they intend to introduce a new Equality Act from 1st October 2010. This new Act will replace the Disability Discrimination Acts of 1995 and 2005 and is intended to strengthen the law around discrimination while also making it easier for businesses to comply with the law.
